'Hair is one of the most sought after items in the world. According to Ayurveda, hair is a sub tissue of bone tissue. Many of us are experimenting with what we see in magazines and videos, but it is doubtful how many have been successful. Things like this can change the condition of the hair in a very bad way when used a lot alternately. Today I am going to tell you a few things that can be done for regular hair care.   Let me say one thing first. Hair care should not be done on the expectation of seeing the models or the person appearing in the videos and advertisements who give hair care tips like this. Hair depends on one\'s body type, hereditary factor, physical and mental health, and hair care. It will be different for each person. It should be included in the hair care.    There are three main things we need to consider for hair care.  1. Hair formation: Old hair falls out and new hair grows on that area. This is a cyclic process .The things we need to do to grow the new hairs are considered under this.  2. Hair growth. This includes two things. One is lengthening of hair and another is thickening of each hair.  3. Hair colour: Everyone is not having black hair. It is also depends of many factors.so under this we need to protect our own colour of our hair.   Next I am going to mention some home remedies for the protection of our hair.   Fenugreek seeds: 2-4 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds are soaked overnight and next day blend it with same water. Apply this for 20 minutes in hair and massage for at least 3-5 minutes.  For dandruff and for glowing hair add 1 spoon of lemon juice into it and use.   For shining and smooth hair add 1 spoon of coconut milk into it and apply.   Next is gooseberry: Amla powder soaked in slightly warm water for at least 6 hours. Blend well and apply it on hair for 10 minutes and rinse.  To this mixture add 2-3 spoon of lemon juice. This will help to absorb iron, vitamin c and other such elements into the scalp. Coriander leaves: coriander leave are crushed well and apply into hair. This will promote the hair formation.   1. Coconut milk: For dry hair, split ends, and brittle hair coconut milk is the best drug of choice. Apply coconut milk into hair and massage well for 3- 5 minutes. After 20 minutes rinse it. This will give effect of conditioning.   2. Hibiscus: This will promote growth of hair and also thickens each hair. Prepare oil made of equal quantity of hibiscus leaves and flowers.  Preparation of oil: whatever the drug took for preparing oil is grinded without adding any water. Heat some oil in a pan and add this paste in it. Allow it to heat until the entire water content is lost. Sieve it and preserve it.   For dandruff and severe itching mehndi leaves, hibiscus leaves, hibiscus flowers are crushed and apply on hair. It can done twice in a week.  Phyllanthus (keezharnelli): Oil prepared of equal quantity of phyllanthus leaves, curry leaves, mehandi leaves, are applied daily will reduce dandruff, hair fall, and it will imparts colour for hair.   for hair wash   Triphala choorna: triphala is a combination of amla, hareetaki, vibheetaki... Among them haritaki is having anti-fungal and anti-bacterial action. So it is very effective in dandruff and all the infections. Gooseberry is highly rich in vitamin C. It will promote the hair growth.   How to use triphala choorna: 4 tablespoons of triphala powder is mixed in 1 cup of water and heated. Use this for hair wash after it cools down. If split ends, dry hair is there, add little sesame oil in it and boil for 10 minutes.   Bhringaraj choorna: Bhringraj means “King of the herbs for hair”. It is for hair loss, premature greying of hair. It also helps to make hair strong. .. It prevent hair loss and discoloration to encourage hair growth and improve overall hair health.  Hibiscus powder: 2-4 spoons of hibiscus powder and boil it with 1 cup of water and can wash the hair after it cools down.  For extra smoothening of hair add some curd or coconut oil into it.   For maintain good colour for hair and for preventing premature greying of hair prepare oil using equal quantity of hibiscus leaves flowers, and mehandi leaves and apply once in a week.  We can do any of these accordingly once in a week like we give shampoo or conditioner to hair. Then monthly thrice or four times we can give proper care for hair. Most of the hair care products will contain the above said ingredients. It is better to use it directly instead of using these products.
